SKY YOGA

This unique class uses the Sky Yoga aerial hammock in a dynamic sequence. We move from one pose to the next and link each posture with breath. This will create balance between strength and flexibility in the entire body, and the class is all tied together with a unique blend of yoga philosophy, music, meditation and pranayama. There is an acrobatic element to this practice and it is appropriate for all levels, beginner to advanced. Please arrive 20 – 30 minutes prior to class for hammock setup and remove ALL jewelry.

VINYASA

Get your flow on in this dynamic practice that links movement and breath together in a flowing sequence.  Postures are not held for a long period of time. The flowing sequences helps to build heat, flexibility and strength in the body.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is the opposite to Vinyasa and Hathas yang style. It targets the connective tissue in the body. By staying in each posture for up to 10mins, and allowing the body to naturally deeply relax with the breath. Yin is suitable for all levels.

GENTLE FLOW

A gentle morning flow to begin the day. Working with the Sun Salutations to stretch and awaken the whole body.

VIN to YIN YOGA

This class will begin with a warming and heart-opening yang practice allowing prana or energy to begin flowing in the body. The second half of the class will focus on yin poses held longer to stretch the connective tissues helping us to relax into the deepest layers of the body.
