What are the prerequisites to start?

You must be a certified Rescue Diver (from any recognized agency), have an up-to-date EFR/First Aid/CPR certification completed within the last 24 months, have at least 40 logged dives to begin, and have a medical clearance signed by a physician.

How many dives will I get?

You need 60 logged dives to finalize your certification. However, at Sanctum Dive, diving is unlimited during your scheduled course days. You will dive as much as possible—assisting instructors, guiding certified divers, and participating in workshops.

Are the agency fees included?

No, the base pricing (16.4M for PRO ISO 24801, 15.4M for SSI) covers the training, boat, gear, and mentorship. The mandatory digital e-learning crewpack and the final professional application fee must be paid directly to the respective agency. We will guide you through this process.

Do I need my own equipment?

Full gear rental is included in your course price. However, as a professional in training, we highly recommend purchasing at least your own mask, fins, dive computer, and SMB. If you bring your own BCD and Regulator, you are eligible for a discount.

What is the schedule like?

Divemaster training is a full-time commitment. You will typically be at the dive center from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM depending on the boat schedule and afternoon theory sessions. Expect to be immersed in dive center operations every day you train.

Do you offer accommodation?

Yes! The Sanctum Hotel is located just 800m uphill from the dive center. We offer special monthly rates for Divemaster candidates (approx. IDR 8.5M/month) which includes aircon, pool access, fast internet, and morning pickups.
