Fun Diving in Nusa Penida

Manta rays are spotted on approximately 90% of daily trips to Manta Point. Our boat visits Manta Point and Crystal Bay every single day. While wildlife sightings can never be 100% guaranteed, Nusa Penida offers some of the highest manta encounter rates in the world.

You need a valid Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent) from any recognized agency — PADI, SSI, NAUI, CMAS, ADIP, or others. Please bring your certification card or have your digital card available. If you're not yet certified, check out our Try Diving or Open Water Course options.

Mola Mola season runs from July through October, with a sighting probability of approximately 15–25%. Crystal Bay is the primary dive site for Mola Mola encounters. These magnificent creatures come up from the deep to visit cleaning stations in the cooler waters around Nusa Penida.

The easiest option is a fast boat from Sanur Harbor to Banjar Nyuh Harbor (approximately 45 minutes). Our dive center is just 1–5 minutes from the harbor. You can book tickets at ticketboat.id or we can arrange a private transfer including pickup, round-trip boat, and return car for IDR 600,000 per person (minimum 2 people).

No — full dive gear is included in every fun dive package at no extra cost. We provide well-maintained BCDs, regulators, wetsuits, masks, fins, and weights. If you prefer to dive with your own BCD and regulator, you'll receive a 10% own-gear discount.

Yes! If you take the earliest morning boat from Sanur (departures from 6:30 AM), you can complete a 2-tank dive trip and catch a return boat to Bali by 3–5 PM. This is a popular option for travelers based in southern Bali.

Safety is our top priority. In severe weather, the boat captain has the final say and may reroute from Manta Point to calmer, safer dive sites (at least 1 dive will still be possible). If you choose not to dive at all, a mandatory IDR 300,000 surcharge applies to cover boat and operational costs.

You can cancel anytime — just notify us at least 1 day ahead. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we are happy to move your booking to a new date subject to availability. Simply notify us as soon as possible.
